Care2Victory Services Ltd is an independent friendly and accessible Home Care Provider who has been rated as "Good" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, covering Kent areas.

We offer affordable short and long term care packages for Private and Local Authority-funded children and adults from Birth - above), who due to illness; physical disability, mental health; age-related issues or social circumstances may need support or assistance to carry out everyday tasks.

Care2Victory Services Ltd primary purpose is to provide you with the best safe care in your home environment that supports your independence, choice and wishes which helps reduce your chances of hospitalisation and allows you maintain a good quality of life

To provide companionship to enhance your wellbeing and enjoyment of life, with a secondary purpose to deliver personal care where required.

Care support is provided with:

• Respectful assistance with everyday personal care: getting out or into bed; washing and grooming; dressing; bathroom duties
• Looking after clients’ nutritional and fluid needs: preparing, cooking, serving, and tidying away after meals and drinks, monitor weight monthly and raise any concerns as appropriate
• Maintaining a high-quality home environment: tidying rooms; light cleaning duties
• Practical assistance with physical mobility issues: helping manage incontinence; helping clients in the use and care of walking aids and equipment
• Supporting clients who may be bed-bound either permanently or temporarily through sickness – helping with feeding or personal care
• Engaging in good conversation and companionship
• Positively encouraging and supporting clients to undertake their chosen activities like shopping, paying bills, attending clubs
• Accompany clients to medical and health appointments, help clients make appointments where required
• Assist and support client in taking medications, making sure medications are available
• Support clients to make referrals to appropriate services if requested
• Care2Victory Services Ltd is keen to promote the maintenance of Clients’ social networks and social activities.

Finding a Service
Care2Victory Services Ltd provides care and support services 7 days a week, all year round and at hours to suit individual Clients’ needs. We can also respond to urgent request for support.

Assessing your Needs
Our manager will meet each client, prior to commencing a service package, to assess each individual care requirements and agree the care package including when the package will start, times, frequency, and duration of care to be provided. This initial assessment will form the basis for our written quotation and service contract.

Planning your Individual Care Package
Your Personal care and support package is based on the above assessment, it will include information related to your personal circumstances, personal history, social and medical circumstances, as well as your psychological and physical capabilities. Previous work and hobbies, preferences regarding activities and food will be noted and bespoke support and/or care devised according to your wishes. It will also involve a number of risk assessments to ensure your wellbeing and safety as well as that of our employees.

Selecting your Care Worker
To make sure you to receive quality and safe care, you will be involved in the selection of your Care worker(s). Once agreed, they will work with you and, with your permission, your family and/or advocates, to deliver your own Personal care and support package.

You will have a primary Care worker, but you will also be introduced to a reserve who will cover in times of absence. Where you are having multiple visits per week, it may be that a small team of care workers are involved in supporting you.
