Meet The Manager

Sonjha Young is Care Manager at Caremark Solihull.

Sonjha joined Caremark in 2021 and has worked within Health and Social Care for over a decade. She has been a Carer, Care Coordinator and Registered Care Manager. Sonjha said, “I have always found it very rewarding to work in social care and always maintain a constant focus on high quality care delivery and customer service”.

Sonjha has completed her Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care, Level 5 QCF in Leadership and Management, Level 2 in The Principles of Dementia Care, and many other distance learning courses to further her skills and knowledge in the health and social care sector. Sonjha is a trained trainer in Medication Administration, Dementia, End of Life, Moving and Handling of people, Safeguarding Adults, Basic Life Support and CPR and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
