My name is Nicola Donald and I am the Manager at Castlehill, our care home situated at Cradlehall, Inverness. I have ten years’ experience with a proven track record in working in care homes for the elderly.

I am passionate about delivering exceptional standards of individualised, enabling care and support to residents who choose to reside with us at Castlehill. Participation and inclusion of residents, relevant others and staff in the planning process ensures that residents’ needs, wishes, and aspirations are central to the development of each care plan.

At Castlehill we encourage clear communication with residents and relevant others with secure access provided to the care plan and resident notes for relevant individuals, thereby developing a trusting and participatory approach to care.

Castlehill Care Home is a purpose-built 88 bed care facility situated on Castlehill Road in Cradlehall, Inverness.
