Nicola Donald is Manager at Castlehill Care Home.
My name is Nicola Donald and I am the Manager at Castlehill, our care home situated at Cradlehall, Inverness. I have ten years’ experience with a proven track record in working in care homes for the elderly.
I am passionate about delivering exceptional standards of individualised, enabling care and support to residents who choose to reside with us at Castlehill. Participation and inclusion of residents, relevant others and staff in the planning process ensures that residents’ needs, wishes, and aspirations are central to the development of each care plan.
At Castlehill we encourage clear communication with residents and relevant others with secure access provided to the care plan and resident notes for relevant individuals, thereby developing a trusting and participatory approach to care.
Castlehill Care Home is a purpose-built 88 bed care facility situated on Castlehill Road in Cradlehall, Inverness.
The Care Home forms part of the Cradlehall community set back from the main road with level access to the entrance and grounds. The surroundings are perfect for residents wishing to maintain a more independent lifestyle, where families can visit with ease.
Expertly designed, the Home meets all current Care Inspectorate requirements and provides the highest standards of safety, comfort and care.
