Hannah Hargrave is Manager at Chalkwell Grange.
I have worked in health care for 30+ years. I am a qualified registered nurse prescriber and have recently left the NHS to work within the care sector and am now proud to be the registered manager at Chalkwell Grange. I started working in a care home when I was 14 years of age, so coming back into a care home environment feels like coming home. At Chalkwell Grange, we want to ensure a good quality of life for our residents and a homely environment for our relatives, whilst maintaining residents’ dignity and providing person-centred care.
Chalkwell Grange Care Home is situated in the highly desirable coastal town of Leigh-on-Sea in Essex and provides residential, dementia, and short-term respite care for older people.
