Simona Varga-Pali is Home Manager at Charrington Manor Care Home.
A registered general nurse, Simona Varga-Pali brings over 17 years of experience from both acute and social care settings to her role at Charrington Manor. Formerly working as Clinical Lead at the Journalist Charity nursing home and Gracewell Healthcare as a Home Manager before joining Hamberley, Simona’s career achievements include leading a care home to an Outstanding CQC rating. Simona has also achieved the Champion of Quality award from Sunrise Senior Living in 2018 and Care Home Manager of the Year at Hamberley Care Home in 2024. Outside of her working life, Simona is passionate about charity work.
