Diane Collins is Home Manager at Chartwell House.
Diane joined Boutique Care Homes in August 2022 to launch Chartwell House Care Home. With over 30 years’ experience, Diane believes that caring for, and being part of another person’s life journey is an immense privilege and loves to see resident’s smile.
High quality compassionate care is Diane’s passion, and she is committed to supporting families throughout their care journey. Diane takes the time to know & understand each person’s values, preferences and wishes, treating every resident like family.
Her own personal experiences have helped Diane to understand what families are feeling and the struggles that they are facing. This drives her to provide the best service in a person-centred way for all residents and to support them to continue to lead a fulfilled and enriched life.
