Meet The Manager

Rebecca Mackenzie is Manager at Chesford Grange Care Home.

"I qualified as a Registered Nurse 11 years ago and have worked solely in the Private Health and Social Care Sector, specialising in elderly care for the entirety of my career. I am passionate about developing a great team of people to support our residents' physical and mental well-being and ensure that they continue to live a full and happy lifestyle.

I pride myself on being approachable and operating an open-door policy for all residents, staff and visitors to the home."
