I am an experienced healthcare professional who has over 20 years of Rehabilitation experience working with a range of conditions including dementia, MS, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s disease and care of the elderly. I have worked in Discharge to assess teams. I have wealthy transferable skills to lead Citrine Health care Carers' in providing safe and responsive Domiciliary Care.
I understand that re-abling and enabling approach is a key feature in delivery of domiciliary care as maximise independence through helping individuals to regain or develop self-help and independent living skills. I have the skills and knowledge to ensure our carers work with an enabling approach with service users to maximise recovery, reablement, enablement and independence.
