I have worked in Discharge to assess teams. I have wealthy transferable skills to lead Citrine Health care Carers' in providing safe and responsive Domiciliary Care.

I understand that re-abling and enabling approach is a key feature in delivery of domiciliary care as maximise independence through helping individuals to regain or develop self-help and independent living skills. I have the skills and knowledge to ensure our carers work with an enabling approach with service users to maximise recovery, reablement, enablement and independence.

We believe people who need care deserve the best quality of care and support that enables them to lead an independent and good quality of lives.
