Meet The Manager

Jogie Dellota is General Manager at Cumberland Grange Care Home.

Hello, my name is Jogie, the Interim General Manager at Cumberland Grange.  I am truly delighted to lead the dedicated team here.

I have been a qualified nurse since 2007 and have worked with luxury providers like Barchester since 2016.  My clinical background spans various healthcare settings, including intensive care, neurorehabilitation, elderly, dementia, autism, and learning disabilities.

Throughout my career, my primary focus has been on delivering outstanding care to our residents and their loved ones.

I am committed to ensuring that our team at Cumberland Grange continues to provide exceptional, person-centred care to our residents so they are able to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. Our aim is to create a community where residents thrive, families find peace of mind, and our team takes pride in the positive impact we make.

We are working within the government guidelines to help protect our staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
safe-tick Virus Testing We are testing for viral infection when symptoms present within our care setting.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

Activities Are So Important

We understand that the people we support have passions and interests that could be difficult to pursue after moving into a care home – but that doesn’t mean we don’t encourage them to try! Some hobbies can define a person, so our Activities Coordinators are dedicated to ensuring that everyone we support is able to do what makes them happy to the best of their abilities. Social events are organised with individual tastes in mind and with the idea that residents have the opportunity to try new and exciting things.
