Retirement Villages has been providing age-exclusive retirement lifestyles at stunning locations across the UK for 35 years. Residents are able to live independently in their own home but enjoy the hospitality and warmth that comes from the communal clubhouse facilities – the social heartbeat of our villages.

Each has its own identity – you would expect nothing less – but most have restaurants, bars, libraries, conservatories and lounges where residents can enjoy each other’s company. Some have swimming pools, hairdressers and exercise areas. Others have tennis courts, bowls or putting greens. All have landscaped grounds delivering a peaceful haven in which to lead a fulfilling retirement lifestyle.

The concept of our villages is ‘Independence in retirement’. However, the Company is able to assist in arranging care packages through an external provider when necessary on a private basis, at an additional cost. Residents can, of course, make their own arrangements with Social Services.

Each of our retirement villages has its own individual personality– created by the residents living there and Debden Grange will be no exception. Village residents will be instrumental in shaping village life and the type of community in which they choose to live. Village life revolves around independence and choice – your privacy is paramount, as is your complete freedom.

Whilst some residents may simply use the village as a base to come home to, others immerse themselves into creating an active social scene. But like at any other village around the country, there is no obligation to join in.

There will always be plenty to do at the village. A vibrant social calendar will be organised by the residents for the residents but will always be supported by the Retirement Villages’ on-site staff.
