Dignity Express Health Care Ltd provide Domiciliary Care, Live In Care, Overnight (Sleep), and overnight (waking) Care services that supports vulnerable adults with their social care needs within their own homes. Our aim is to enable our clients to make decisions and retain independence wherever possible, whilst ensure their safety is at the heart of our service. We acknowledge it is paramount of us as a service to be of compassionate, provide respect, protect the dignity, and treat every client as an individual; therefore, we develop personalised care packages to meet the needs of the people we support. It is Dignity Express Health care’s policy to always listen to the needs and wishes of the persons using our service, both at the initial assessment and then at regular reviews. By doing regular reviews we will be ensuring that people using our service are actively involved in creating the care package that is required.
Dignity Express Health care provides services in the home of the Client whenever required and, in the manner, requested. Every care plan is fully adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the Client. No detail is too small to warrant a change. It is realised that the small attentions to detail are important to Clients.
and therefore, it is essential that all wishes, and preferences of Clients are noted and considered. To achieve this, we work closely with external professional such as GPs, Ots, Pharmacists and Social Workers etc to ensure the best care possible.
At Dignity Express Health Care, we put our client’s safety and well-being at the heart of our service, to ensure we are adhering to achieving this we ensure ALL our staff are equipped to the best and they are provided with high quality training prior to commencing care. Further to this, we also ensure we are completing regular competency checks for our staff to ensure that they are applying the skills they have been trained for within the field.
