Tara Gunn is Manager at Eleanor Healthcare Live-Well.
With over 30 years of dynamic experience, I am a seasoned Sales Executive and Operations Manager with a proven track record across diverse industries including travel, publishing, IT recruitment, and healthcare.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—driving growth, leading diverse teams, and transforming operations. Whether crafting unique travel experiences or refining healthcare operations, my focus has always been on excellence and innovation. From managing live-in care services to spearheading recruitment, marketing, and training efforts, I ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction.
I am committed to continuous growth, always ready to roll up my sleeves to keep everything moving forward. I believe in a hands-on approach, inspired by Richard Branson's philosophy that if you look after your staff, they will look after your clients. This belief fuels my passion for creating positive impacts and supporting the teams I work with.
With a legacy of over 45 years in the care industry, Eleanor Healthcare is committed to delivering person-centred care that enhances well-being and preserves independence. At Eleanor, we understand the importance of feeling safe, supported and happy in the familiar surroundings of your own home.
Live-Well offers 24/7 support tailored to individual needs, including physical assistance, emotional support and companionship.
Our carers are the heart of our service. Every Live-Well carer shares our passion for making a positive impact. Each of them is handpicked, rigorously trained, and matched with clients based on personality, care needs and lifestyle preferences. This ensures that every client receives a personalised care experience and forms a meaningful, supportive bond with their carer.
