Deborah is a highly driven and very passionate individual who has a healthcare background of 8 years, working as a carer in different organisations and various care and mental health sectors. Her passion for supporting and caring for those in need, coupled with her drive to ensure quality care is given, she has diligently worked her way up to be the service manager of Elixonn Healthcare. She has her first degree in Health and Social Care and her Masters degree in Hospital and Health Service Management.
