Meet The Manager
Uloma is Registered Manager at Ency Care Limited.
Uloma is the Registered Manager and Director of Ency Care Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
She is self-motivated and passionate about encouraging elderly and vulnerable adults to be cared for in their own homes, maintaining their independence as long as possible. Uloma started her journey as a carer and then was promoted to a team leader in a residential care home, being in charge of 40 residents with dementia. She achieved qualification in level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care.
Also currently a qualified registered nurse. Uloma believes it is an excellent privilege to empower the clients we care for, be hands-on, and ensure they and their families get first-class care and support.
Ency Care was set up in 2020 and fully registered in 2021.
