Meet The Manager

John Holliday is Manager at Escan Manor.

I’ve been working within the health and cocial care sector since 1994 when I started as a Ward Assistant and then Health Care Assistant. I progressed by working with young people in care, and then working as an Operations Manager managing two residential homes for older people, before moving into the role of Home Manager in 2022.

I have a wealth of experience as both a Registered Manager and Business Operations Manager, achieving Outstanding ratings at previous care homes.

I strive for best practice at all times and am dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for all involved, with a total, person-centred approach. A holistic view is essential to provide a premier experience to all of our residents and their families.
