Nomazulu Murefu is Registered Manager at Fairy Care Services.
I am a highly compassionate person who finds it particularly fulfilling to work with vulnerable people. I enjoy being able to offer comfort to my clients to bring smiles to their faces. I am very approachable; I listen to their concerns and reassure them. I am a hardworking and well organised individual, reliable and punctual. I am also very much a people person, and my desire is to work in a role that allows me to interact with people and help them with their well-being.
I consider myself to be a very caring person who is able to empathise with others and I have a natural caring nature and the ability to put people at ease whilst putting the patient's best interest at heart. The thought of this excites me greatly as I long to make a positive impact in other people's lives and believe that I will gain great job satisfaction from this, and I have discovered that working as a registered manager is an ideal opportunity to do this.
