Haley Reeve-Larson is Manager at Falmouth Court Care Home.
Hello and welcome, I am Haley Reeve-Larson, and I am the General Manager here at Falmouth Court. Welcome to our website!
With over a decade’s worth of experience in health and social care, I am a passionate registered manager with a wealth of knowledge including managing nursing, residential and community care. I have extensive knowledge in supporting residents with a dementia to live well and have a passion for encouraging dementia friendly support within our local community. As a dementia champion and dementia care mapper with the University of Bradford I am competent in supporting colleagues to understand quality care for those living with a dementia.
Majority of my career has been working in Falmouth with the local community and healthcare professionals and therefore have a solid understanding of how best to support our local residents.
Falmouth Court offers residential and dementia care including respite services, for those requiring shorter stays. Our beautiful new care home is only a short distance from the famous Falmouth Harbour.
Our care home provides support for frail older people with one-to-one approaches, which reflect individual interests, listed in detailed care plans. As with any Barchester home, our commitment to quality is reflected across all aspects of life within our home. Our skilled chefs are passionate about serving nutritious and delicious meals that cater to all tastes and dietary requirements, whilst our activities coordinators work hard to ensure our extensive social programme is tailored to stimulate residents, both mentally and physically.

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications |
---|
Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant. Activities Are So Important |
---|
We understand that the people we support have passions and interests that could be difficult to pursue after moving into a care home – but that doesn’t mean we don’t encourage them to try! Some hobbies can define a person, so our Activities Coordinators are dedicated to ensuring that everyone we support is able to do what makes them happy to the best of their abilities. Social events are organised with individual tastes in mind and with the idea that residents have the opportunity to try new and exciting things. |
