Florence has vast experience in Social Care which spans over 20 years. She has a Diploma in Leadership and Management Level 5.
Florence is passionate about her job and always aims to exceed clients expectations. She is hard working,
committed, caring and always put her clients first.
First Option Support strives to empower and promote respect and humanity in order to ensure our service users can live independent lives by being given the freedom to make their own decisions. Given that we are most enthusiastic about the people who utilize our services, we always put them first and go above and beyond what they might expect.
By actively listening to the needs of our service users and taking the time to get to know each service user in our care, we offer fully person-centered care. We also ensure that they receive adequate treatment and assistance in accordance with their unique needs and preferences.
