Meet The Manager

Leah Mort is Home Director at Foxhunters Care Community.

am delighted to be appointed as the new Care Home Manager at Foxhunters, Abergavenny.

I started my career as a care assistant in 2005 working my way up to home manager. I eventually moved in to a regional role supporting homes all over the UK.

I am extremely excited to be able to support the wonderful team here at Foxhunters as well as ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional care to the ladies and gentlemen who live here.
