Kaodi Umenze is Registered Manager at FrankCare Community Services Ltd.
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share some information about me, as well as my experience and passion for providing person-centred care. Firstly, let me start by telling you a little about my personal life. I am happily married and proud to be a parent to two wonderful children. These personal connections have taught me the value of compassion, empathy, and understanding, which I bring to my professional life as well. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to support and assist individuals in need, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. It has been incredibly fulfilling to witness the positive impact that person-centred care can have on someone's life, and I am passionate about continuing to provide this level of care and support to those who need it.
We regularly review the support provided to our clients to ensure that we are successfully meeting their needs and achieving their aims and objectives. FrankCare Community Services Ltd encourages feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
FrankCare Community Services Ltd aims to provide a tailor-made package of care and support that contributes to the overall health and well-being of its clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences.
