Charlotte Sherrocks is Home Manager at Grappenhall Manor Care Centre.
I have worked in health and social care since leaving education qualifying as a registered nurse in 1996. My N.H.S. ward experience was gained in general medicine, trauma and orthopaedics. I also hold a BSc Health and Social Care degree, mentoring, management and clinical qualifications.
I left the N.H.S. and joined the private sector where I have undertaken roles including that of General Manager, Clinical Services Manage, Clinical Development Nurse and Regional Support Manager. These opportunities have given me a wealth of knowledge and vast experience in care of the older adult. My passion is to deliver high quality standards and a person centred, individualised approach to care. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, cinema and going to the gym.
