Meet The Manager

Adel Pangilinan is Home Manager at Guiseley Manor Care Centre.

I am originally from the Philippines where I completed a BSC in Nursing, I have been working in the Care home sector for over 23 years now and had worked from an overseas Registered and into various roles from that and the last 12years as a Home Manager - Managing Care Home with Nursing , Residential, Dementia and Working Age Adults service. I consistently demonstrate and deliver high standards of clinical care, and care deeply about the quality of care my residents receives. I love working and developing with people I work with and aim to deliver the best care for those living here at Guiseley Manor Care Centre.

Welcome to Guiseley Manor Care Centre. Opening in May 2023, our modern and luxurious new Leeds care home has 72 bedrooms all with fully equipped en-suite facilities that meet CQC requirements.

This care home is situated in the town of Guiseley, home to Guiseley AFC and Guiseley Theatre. Guiseley is just over 9 miles outside of Leeds city centre. Leeds is home to beautiful Kirkstall Abbey and The Royal Armouries Museum, which are both full of history and well worth a visit. What’s more, nearby Roundhay Park is one of the biggest parks in Europe and is a must for an afternoon picnic or walk around the lake. Choosing this care home in Leeds offers residents a peaceful environment to live in with easy access to the city.

Every area in Guiseley Manor Care Centre has been expertly thought out by our designers to make rooms comfortable, practical, and calming. You’ll find gentle colour palettes, clear signage, and organised zones, all of which help residents to enjoy their surroundings and live independently.

The communal spaces in our new Leeds care home are spacious and sociable so residents can spend time together or engage in our wellbeing activities and events. All dietary requirements are catered for in our restaurants, with trained chefs serving up a variety of meals every day.
