Victoria Randall is Registered Home Manager at Halmer Court Care Home.

With over 26 years in the social care sector, Victoria has amassed a wealth of experience, including serving as a registered service manager for over 15 years. She holds both Level 4 and Level 5 diplomas in Health and Social Care, with a specialisation in the Dementia Pathway. Passionate about supporting those living with dementia and younger individuals grappling with mental health issues, Victoria is known for her proactive management style. She upholds stringent standards of care, ensuring excellence not only in her own work but also within her team. Renowned for her approachability, Victoria is highly regarded by both staff and relatives.

Halmer Court is designated to support older people living with dementia and other related illnesses, and residents who require permanent or respite care in a residential setting. The home provides residential, dementia, and respite care. The home is fully wheelchair accessible and all rooms are linked to a call system when staff assistance is required.


Glenholme is passionate about delivering safe, individualised care and support to promote independence, choice and inclusion. We work hard to provide the support we would want for our own family members. The team at Halmer Court is able to support individuals with diverse needs and we support and care for both local authority and self-funded residents.

We have developed and implemented detailed training programs for all services that may have to deal with infection control risks. We are grateful that early on in the situation we established a team to help ensure adequate supply to all our services.

Activities Are So Important

At Glenholme residents are able to spend time in a variety of lounges, libraries, bistros, dinning rooms and cinema rooms and in addition have the use of our spacious gardens and sun decks.

For those who wish to take part, our activities co-ordinator arranges a wide range of opportunities both in and outside the home. These include music evenings, pantomimes, our famous Christmas fair as well as a range of trips to local shops and attractions.
