Meet The Manager

Hazel Madden is General Manager at Heath Lodge Care Home.

Hazel has over 20 years of experience working in healthcare. She started her career in adult mental health before finding her true passion in elderly and dementia care.

Once she found her passion, Hazel was determined to become a registered manager of her own home and started taking steps to make this happen. With the support of her colleagues, Hazel began to learn all aspects of becoming a registered manager and completed a dementia friend and dementia excellence course.
