Activities Are So Important

A stimulating programme of daily activites is organised for those wishing to take part. Birthdays, Christmas and national events are always celebrated when families and friends are made most welcome. Excursions, drives in the country and visits to local garden centres are regularly organised and residents are encouraged to take advantage of these social activities.

In spring and summer, garden events such as barbecues and ‘champagne and strawberry afternoons’ are organised, giving way in autumn and winter to indoor gatherings, including Christmas parties and our very popular Carol Service.

Our days out to Garden Centres, the Ribble Valley, Knowsley Safari Park and of course, the famous Blackpool Illuminations, are always popular.
