Meet The Manager
Deborah Asikpo-Okon is Registered Manager at Heriitage Care Ltd.
Deborah is an occupational therapist who has worked in care for over 15 years. She supports people who have mental illnesses, long term illnesses, learning disability and those going through normal ageing process.
She started in care as a carer and worked her way up. She is a compassionate manager and will give up her time and comfort to help people, which is why the clients and staff like. A staff told the CQC inspector that she will work with the manager even if the manager did not pay her.
Everyone has the right to live their lives in full in their own homes.
Our concern for healthcare prompted us to invest in learning about the industry.
