Hannah Flack is Registered Manager at Heritage Healthcare Leicester.
From the moment I began working in the care sector, I knew I had found my calling. My passion for helping others has only grown stronger with time. Even during periods when I explored other interests and embraced motherhood, I always felt a pull back to care work. This deep-seated commitment drives me every day to provide the highest quality of care to our service users. I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
My primary focus is on delivering exceptional care and support to our service users. Together with our dedicated team, I strive to create an environment where individuals can live with dignity, independence, and joy. We are committed to continuous improvement, embracing challenges, and adapting to change to ensure we meet and exceed the expectations of those we serve. Our goal is to empower individuals, providing them with the care and support they need to lead fulfilling lives.
At Heritage Healthcare we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care. We support adults over the age of 18 who require support which can include companionship, Personal Care, Medication Support, Meal Preparation, Domestic tasks, Live in support, waking and sleep in support.
