Meet The Manager

Lynn Cumming is Care Home Manager at Hermitage House.

Welcome to Hermitage House in Helensburgh. I have been extremely lucky to be part of this amazing home since its opening in Jan 2022, myself and my staff have had the privilege of being involved in the commissioning of a brand new luxury care home.

I have been nursing for over 15 years and found my passion working with the elderly. Care Homes are where I have spent the duration of my working career, devoting time to training and developing staff members, this is most definitely my biggest achievement to date. I am passionate about being able to offer staff the opportunity to progress in their career in a job that they enjoy. Which more importantly improves quality of care.

Lynn Cumming

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
