Meet The Manager

Kirsty Goldie is Home Manager at Hillview Care Home.

I have been in the care sector for 18 years, both in the NHS and in care homes, and I am a Registered Nurse with an SVQ 4 Management Award.

I’ve had the great privilege of being at Hill View since October 2020, firstly as a Deputy Manager and then as Home Manager from July 2021.

My goal has always been to make Hill View a home away from home for the residents that live here and we like to make sure that they are involved in everything that we do.

I’m very hands on and if I’m not in my office you’ll probably find me playing dominoes or having a sing-song with the residents.

Kirsty Goldie
