Meet The Manager

Laura Davidson is Home Manager at Hillview Court.

As Home Manager, I enjoy the fact that every day is different. I find it very rewarding to see our residents enjoy a good quality of life. I enjoy the problem-solving and overall running of the service and have an excellent team here to support that.

It is my responsibility to ensure that our residents receive the best care possible, that they are listened to and that their needs are met. It is also really important that my staff are supported in their role to assist our residents.

I know and love the local area having been here for over 20 years. The scenery is amazing, with views over the hills and wonderful country walks to go on.
