Gemma Woodcock is Home Manager at Holbeach Meadows Care Home.
Gemma started in the care sector aged 16, working as a care assistant at weekends whilst still at school. She qualified as nurse in 2004 and enjoyed a varied nursing career working within both the acute and community trusts locally within orthopaedics and trauma and community nursing. She then returned to the acute sector in a trust-wide position specialising in Tissue Viability Nursing, in which she holds a First Class Honours Degree. Following a career break to raise her children, Gemma began her journey with Tanglewood at Cedar Falls, as home trainer in 2020.
