Meet The Manager
Jane Elizabeth Stevens is Registered Manager at Home Care Essex.
Jane has 10 years’ experience in health and social care with a proven track record of promoting and delivering high quality care to vulnerable adults within their own homes. Jane is highly organised, efficient, and compassionate, with the ability to adapt to challenging situations under extreme pressure to deliver consistently high results. Jane has the ability to lead a team and maintain motivation of staff to deliver high quality care. Jane has extensive knowledge of care standards and the CQC regulations which are applied to all activities day-to-day.
Jane is always studying and is currently do another Adult social care NVQ has an NVQ level 3 June 2005 in Childcare Learning and Development, along with other qualifications through her own study…including HNC Chemistry, ONC Chemistry, Maths, Physics, where Jane qualified with distinction at Chelmsford college. Jane also has A levels in Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
