My name is Vongai. I am the founder member of Hummocksavanna Care Ltd. I am a nurse. I have been qualified for 20 years and been lucky and proud to work in different care settings. I inspire to have a well supported team of health care workers and offer superb loving care to those who need our services. I hope to grow the business and make a contribution to the local community. I am passionate about caring and believe I can make a difference to people's daily lives.
We are passionate about caring. We love what we do. We treat everyone like how we want to be treated ourselves. We value life and promote self-esteem/independence. We love supporting others to live life to their full potential. We will work with other professionals, GPS, NHS institutions/community networks/charities and other related organizations to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care.
We are a new care provider in the area starting up slowly. Our aim is to deliver the best personal care in our client’s own homes giving them the support and care they need to make a difference in their lives. We are starting up as a family team of carers and nurses who have worked in caring for a long time. The Founder herself has worked in various settings including hospitals, care homes, community and primary care settings. She has got a deeper understanding of caring needs from different perspectives as well as the challenges of sourcing and accepting care that meets one’s own needs. The vitalness of person centred-care which can only be achieved by a good experienced, skilled, knowledgeable and reliable team.
