Kamila Gagala is General Manager at Hyacinth House Care Home.
After finishing my higher education in Poland, I was looking for a new adventure and wanted to learn a new language and culture. I felt England was the perfect place to do just that.
I've been working in Health and Social Care Sector for the past 18 years. During this time, I've developed a strong knowledge and understanding of the industry, allowing me to provide meaningful insights and support to vulnerable adults. I make it my mission to do that every day.
I'm also passionate about guiding my team to reach their full potential. I understand that each member of my team has their unique strengths and weaknesses. I strive to ensure that everyone has the tools and resources they need to succeed. I feel privileged to be in a job I feel passionate about. I am grateful that my passions have been rewarded with a fulfilling career.
