Meet The Manager

Louise Ferguson is Service Manager at Ion Care And Support (Home Care).

I am the Service Manager for ION Care and Support Services Limited. I manage our care at home service in Falkirk, West Lothian and Fife .I have worked in the health and social care sector for a number of years.

At ION Care and Support, we are driven to deliver industry leading & enabling care and support which is personalised and flexible. We focus on developing staff teams who deliver person-centred services to meet individuals’ specific needs. We strive to deliver outstanding care across all services; with experienced and compassionate staff to ensure continuity of service and service satisfaction.

Ion was established in order to provide a high quality service that would positively impact on people’s lives. We purchased the Haining Care Home in Maddiston from administration in 2016, and through a detailed improvement plan we have now been awarded the highest possible Grade 6- “Excellent, Outstanding and Sector Leading” from the Care Inspectorate for the Care and Support we provide.
