Joseph Nursing Home is a state-of-the-art facility, specifically designed to meet the needs of elderly individuals who require nursing or residential care. In an area where there are quite a number of care homes, we stand out because our focus is on providing personalised/tailored care with specialist Nurses 24/7, to ensure our Residents receive the highest level of care possible. Every room has been completed refurbed and have the latest call bell systems, smart TV's, brand new furniture, new fitted wet-rooms and bathrooms, and every room is decorated differently, to suit a variety of tastes.
Our Nursing Team is back up with an excellent Care Team, who are also highly trained and experienced Carers, who genuinely care from the heart, as our Residents are at the heart of everything we do here.
We recognise that every person is an individual, with their own likes and dislikes and have the right to their own choices, which we encourage throughout. We are not a "one size fits all" home, and work very closely with our Residents and their families, to ensure all of their choices are recorded before they even move in. This is the Resident's Home, and we are here to help and support them with all of their daily care and nursing needs, whilst ensuring they are happy, content and comfortable. This is their new Home, and their care and comfort is of the highest importance to us.
Our Chefs have created outstanding seasonal menus, using local produce, and all food is freshly cooked every day on the premises. We can adopt to suit any dietary needs, allergens, dislikes and consistency, and we work very closely with our local SALT Team, to ensure all referrals are placed in a timely manner if we suspect any chocking risks, and then we adapt that Resident's diet, as per their recommendations.
Combining cutting-edge technology with comprehensive care plans, our Team of skilled professionals adopt a sympathetic, empathetic and innovative approach to create an exceptional living experience for every Resident. Our goal is to foster a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where our Residents can receive exceptional care and support, whilst promoting their well-being and quality of life.

Our Pets |

Unfortunately, due to the size of the Home, we are unable to have pets move in with our Residents (it is a shame as we love our animals here at Joseph). We do however, allow pets to visit with family members (please let us know in advance if planning to bring pets with you, just to ensure we have nothing else going on at that time, thank you). We will be having regular Pet Therapy at the Home though, so you can get lots of cuddles from our furbie friends. |
