Vimal Amin is Operations Manager at Kare Plus Hertfordshire.
I have been in the care industry for the best part of a decade now and have overseen many changes.
One thing that has not changed is that I am very passionate about the delivery of personalised, tailored quality care. Our approach to care is outcome driven and places a great emphasis on promoting individuals independence.
Every person we care for is unique and has different needs therefore the choices and wishes of our clients are always at the heart of what we do. From here we are truly able to understand needs and deliver outstanding tailored care. Care is in our heart.
