Kingsway Care is a multi award-winning home care provider, headquartered in Hove and supporting clients across Sussex. We provide a full range of first class services to enable independent living at home.

We offer companionship, personal care, respite care, dementia care, overnight care, live-in care and palliative care, as well as other support services such as housework, gardening, pet care, maintenance & repairs, health, beauty & grooming, meals & shopping, transport, excursions & holidays and more. Our team is committed to the highest standards, not just to meet the needs and preferences of each individual but to support each one to reach their personal goals.

You can be assured our CareGivers are handpicked for their big hearts and receive regular training at the Kingsway Care Academy, our state of the art training facility, plus support from our hands-on management team.
