Lakelands Lodge care home located in the coastal town of Fleetwood in Lancashire, is a purpose-built home offering compassionate and professional residential, dementia and nursing care services.
Part of the Athena Healthcare Group that has provided high-quality, purpose-built residential and nursing care homes throughout the North West of England since 2014, it boasts panoramic views of the boating lake in Fleetwood and the Irish Sea.
The Lakelands Lodge team work closely with residents and their families to provide a truly person-centred service. The aim is to provide our residents with the best home-from-home experience that promotes independence and enriched lifestyles.

From musical sing-alongs, daily exercise, arts & crafts, knit & natter and intergenerational sessions with our twinned nursery, there's always something to look forward to. We also offer smaller excursions to the parks, shops or local markets which add a healthy amount of variety to residents’ day-to-day life. Residents who have enjoyed hobbies or interests within their local community, such as sports or social clubs, are encouraged to continue being involved and where possible supported in doing so. |
