Lambrook Court provides the level of freedom needed for homeowners to maintain their independence for longer and live life well. There is an on-site, 24 hour, Estates Management team and a 24 hour emergency call system so residents can receive flexible care and support in their own home. Additionally, all external property maintenance including gardening and window cleaning is taken care of.

Lambrook Court features stylish one and two bedroom properties, all of which are spacious, modern, and perfect for a relaxed and independent retirement. The apartments at Lambrook Court include generously sized bedrooms, large living areas and high quality kitchens and bathrooms. Residents benefit from double glazing and underfloor heating, with selected apartments featuring private balconies or patio areas. There is plenty of storage throughout your property, including walk-in or built in wardrobes, and every room is finished with high spec fittings. Apartments at Lambrook Court are high quality, easy to maintain and with exceptional security systems, delivering you the peace of mind to enjoy a stress-free retirement.
Renting is an easy, flexible and quick way to enjoy life in a McCarthy Stone community. Our retirement rental prices include the service charge and ground rent.The reservation deposit is £500, and is offset against your initial payment and fully refundable should your tenancy not proceed.
Our Assured Tenancy means that you agree to rent the property for a minimum term of 12 months, but after that you can leave at any time as long as you give two months written notice. We can’t ask you to leave unless you have broken the terms of the agreement.
We’ll ask you to complete a Rental Application Pack and an Income and Expenditure form to get the information we need to do standard background checks.
You’ll be asked for proof of income, savings and/or pensions, along with copies of your last three months’ bank statements. You’ll be asked to provide identification documentation that complies with the latest Government Right to Rent regulations – our sales consultants will talk you through what you need.
