Teresa Torres is Registered Manager at Lea Grange Care Home.
Joining us with over 40 years of experience working in health and social care, Teresa is a Level 4 Registered Manager and has previously commissioned new builds both as a home and area manager.
Looking to the future, Teresa aims to establish Lea Grange as a well-known part of the community and a place known for providing safe and empathetic care for individuals in Harpenden and the wider Hertfordshire area.
Outside of work, Teresa spends her time caring for her mother, cycling, relaxing with a good book and visiting her children.
