Each retirement property is fitted with an alarm call system incorporating a sensor which activates in the event of no movement being detected over a given period.

A member of staff is also on duty at set times in the village to provide advice and guidance, liaise with families if and when appropriate and to look after the well-being of residents.

Domiciliary care services are also available for residents to help with challenging personal or domestic chores.

There’s an active social life with a broad mix of special interest groups and social events organised by residents for the residents but always supported by the Retirement Villages’ staff.

Each of our communities has its own individual personality – created by our residents and the wider community they serve. Lime Tree Village is no exception. It’s our residents’ community and they are instrumental in shaping village life.

The manicured lawns offer the perfect spot for a summer game of croquet, putting or bowls or to relax with a drink with friends.
