With over 20 years in elderly care, Susan's passion began with volunteering before pursuing a career in Health and Social Care. She became a Registered Manager in 2013, earning a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
As a Falls and Safeguarding Ambassador in Lincolnshire, Susan is dedicated to enhancing residents' well-being. Her leadership was recognised as a finalist for the Lincolnshire Care Association Managers Award in 2018 and 2022.
Committed to person-centred care, Susan fosters a warm, respectful environment. Outside work, she enjoys time with family, riding her ex-racehorse, and relaxing at the stables.
