Izabela Klaczkiewicz is General Manager at Loveday Abbey Road.
Previously General Manager at Chelsea Court Place, Loveday’s first care home, which is the flagship residence in the Loveday portfolio and CQC rated Outstanding. Izabela studied medicine at university in Poland before moving to the UK, where she has been enjoying a fulfilling career in care since 2005, working for prestigious care providers including Hallmark, Barchester and Sunrise.
Specialising in dementia care, Izabela has participated and contributed extensively to many dementia pilot projects to promote therapeutic approaches, interventions and innovations. She is dedicated to progressing the field of dementia and the way we deliver care to those living with the disease.
Izabela has a passion for providing the very highest standards of excellence for everybody, every day. She has a strong level of integrity and a belief in the need to value every person as an individual, thus extensively tailoring care plans around personal requirements and preferences.

Loveday is akin to the private clubs enjoyed by our Members. On joining you have access to all Loveday has to offer, from the Day Club, respite stays, full time residency or help at home. Alongside world class hospitality and concierge services, nothing is too much trouble.

Situated across five floors, 26 en suite rooms come in an enticing range of sizes and styles with attractive views over either bustling Abbey Road or our peaceful sensory garden. Our aim is to meet each members need and we are happy to adapt each room to match care specific requirements. Members have the opportunity to request their own designer or to enjoy our own subtle design plans. |

Activities ranging from art to language, music and story telling to help improve their interactions, mood, mobility, developed around individual hobbies, interested and insights from home assessments and lifestyle interviews. Thanks to Abbey Roads brilliant design, members can enjoy activities in other areas of the residence including the beautiful garden. |
