Physical activity is vital for improving confidence and strength as well as keeping bones, muscles and the heart in optimum health. Every Loveday morning begins with a daily dose of exercise, carefully tailored to each individual's particular abilities, needs and personal preferences. 

Chair Zumba, yoga, tai chi and indoor bowls are just some of our Members' favourite forms of exercise. 

Dancing and gentle strolls around the beautiful districts in which our residences are situated are additional forms of physical recreation which are beneficial for many of our Members.
