Daisy Slavkova is General Manager at Loveday Kensington.
To me, Loveday Kensington felt like home the moment I walked in. It is my mission to look after the home as if it were my own, treating the Members like my own family. It is these principles that I instil within the team, so together we can ensure harmony, health and above all happiness for everyone.
My five-star hotel background has equipped me with the very best training, experience and knowledge to ensure our Members live their very best lives at Loveday. In addition, my time working in the care sector, along with my own experience of having to find care for my mother, has given me an innate understanding of the care industry and how best to support both our Members and their families.
This year, Daisy is a finalist for two prestigious national awards including Care Home Manager of the Year at the National Care Awards and Care Home Regional Manager at the Great British Care Awards.
