Meet The Manager

Rose is Registered Manager at Visiting Angels Barnet and Enfield.

With over 13 years of experience in care, I have a wealth of knowledge gained from providing hands-on care to vulnerable individuals. It is truly refreshing and fulfilling to work for a company like Visiting Angels that shares my commitment to high standards, ethical principles, and utmost respect for our care staff. That’s why I decided to join José at Visiting Angels.

My role involves the day-to-day management of the branch, includes assessing our client’s needs and creating person-centred care plans that promote independence and aiming to achieve better outcomes, giving our carers and clients specific targets to focus on.

I firmly believe that going above and beyond is not only beneficial for our clients and their families but also crucial for the well-being and motivation of our care staff.

Rose

Care for your loved ones is a subject that we never really think about or want to think about until something happens. We know what it’s like to take care of a loved one and manage the pressures, emotions, and the stress on everyone involved. What starts out as the occasional bit of help can end up with you becoming entirely responsible for a loved one’s life and well-being, including where and how they live.

We believe that ageing or infirmity shouldn’t compel people to move away from a loved home full of memories and close to friends. We provide quality home care in Barnet and Enfield and believe that with our help and support, which is always centred around your needs and preferences, there’s no need to be anywhere else.
