With 36 years of experience in the care sector, Vicki has achieved an Outstanding rating as a Registered Manager. Having been around care homes since the age of seven with her beloved mother, care has always been a way of life for her.


Vicki's motto, "Life is for living," reflects the vibrant and joyful atmosphere she strives to create at Mead Field Manor. While she may be a manager of few words, Vicki consistently delivers on her promises through her actions, ensuring the highest quality of care for all residents.

Our prestigious care home in a serene location near Weston-super-Mare. Opened in Autumn of 2024, we are dedicated to delivering premium residential, dementia, and respite care around the clock.
