Meet The Manager

Zoe Randall is Home Manager at Meadows Park Care Home.

Zoe has had over 15 years’ experience in the care sector initially starting her career in a nursing home as a kitchen assistant. Zoe enjoyed the environment and the feeling of making a difference to residents’ lives so much so that she decided this is where she wanted her career to start. She went on to work in the nursing home as a care assistant and senior care assistant. Deciding to explore more areas within the care sector, Zoe moved to a home which provided residential, nursing and dementia care. During this time, Zoe gained experience within all areas in her role as senior care assistant working her way up to unit manager of the residential dementia unit. She also gained her qualifications Health and Social Care Level 2, 3, Level 3 in leadership and finally Level 5 in leadership and management. Zoe then was given the opportunity to manage her own home and this is where her Registered Manager career began.
