Carol Dowsett is Registered Manager at Meritum Integrated Care LLP Ashford (Live-in Care).
Meritum is a family-run business that began operating in 1994. The managers and staff have a wealth of experience and knowledge. The Saunders family's nursing and business background enables them to make Meritum one of the premium care agencies in the county. The company has worked closely with the County Council and the NHS for many years and provides valuable care and support to many private individuals.
The company places great value on providing a high level of service. To enable this an enormous amount of investment is made on recruiting and training the right people. All our staff are trained to a high level and constantly supported and encouraged to gain new skills which enhance the support they can give.
Many of the staff members have been with the company for many years which we feel is a testament to the value we place on supporting staff and making them feel valued and appreciated. In turn, this helps them to deliver high-quality care and support to all our clients.
